Pirates!

When I got home from nodbear's last night I discovered that daughter had "decorated" her bedroom door with pirate posters in my absence. Luckily we have our naval schooner on blockade duty outside daughter's room ;)


The pirate posters are from a pirate activity pack I picked up for daughter in a second hand book shop so I suppose I have to accept some responsibility :}

One of those pirate posters reminds me a little of the Brawny Paper Towel man. (Do you have Brawny paper towels? If not they can be searched. Apparently there is a hidden pocket somewhere of BPTM fanfic... (Or so I have heard,)

I think that wall is a very pretty blue.
The colour was copied from the reconstruction of the Bonhomme Richard's cabin we saw a few years back, though it looks more grey in the picture.

I googled the Brawny Paper Towel man earlier in the week. I still haven't recovered. WTF is that about?!!

Your house looks so tidy and grown-up! And I agree that the white wood and blue wall look extremely pretty, as does the table, which is clearly NOT from IKEA! I'm dead impressed. Even the pirate display has been done carefully, without masses of sellotape showing.

Heh, I think that may be the only tidy corner of the house! Also if I turned round and took a pic of the opposite wall, you'd see that it's lined floor to ceiling with IKEA bookcases :}
