I was at our annual conference. it was a surprisingly positive experience considering the dire state of the sector and the fact that a significant proportion of the participants are facing immanent redundancy!

I had forgotten that Toots was a spring lamb! How the years fly... My own little lamb just turned 15!

15! That is very grown up indeed :) Toots was 7 today. We are almost half way there. In another 7 or so years I will be coming to you looking for advice on dealing with 15 year olds!
