A week and a half
May. 3rd, 2013 11:09 amIt's been a bit of a week and a half here! Lots of good things, lots of not good things, though thankfully things look brighter at the end of the week than they did at the beginning. Sorry I've been tardy with comments, hope to catch up soon. Hope you guys are all fine and dandy? :)

Date: 2013-05-03 03:53 pm (UTC)I've been wanting to drop you a mail all week but I haven't had a chance because of the pesky work business. I managed to get out to the theatre last Friday and went to see a production of Dr Faustus! Needless to say, you were in my thoughts all evening. The production preserved Marlowe's text for the first and third acts but the second act had been updated. The guy who played Faustus was good, though he had a rather strange delivery, however Mephistopheles was played by a Scottish actress called Siobhan Redmond and she was absolutely superb. There's some info about the production here if you're interested.

Date: 2013-05-03 06:53 pm (UTC)Like many, (I believe, like Archie,) I came to love Marlowe by Faustus.
I am eager to hear the good news that you and Nodbear have. She spoke to me earlier about having a Skype sometime around the 11th? Do you think we should?

I'm going down to do some work with
