All the weather

I'm just back from a flying visit to the Hebrides. We were only able to stay for three days but it was worth the trip, and thankfully the crossing wasn't quite as boisterous as this time last year! We've had *all* the weather over the last week; rain, hail, sleet, snow, sunshine. Typical Scottish spring really ;) It didn't stop us from going to the beach though!

I'm off again in a couple of days. Other end of the country this time, Cardiff and then London for work. Hope the weather is a bit less changeable down south, otherwise I'll have to pack my entire wardrobe!

What a stunning landscape! The colour of the water in the first one is practically tropical. I will have to post my Churchill blizzard photos to compare with the third; I expect the wind was about the same level of intensity!

The colour of the water is one of the things that people always comment on. These photos are filtered slightly but it really is that colour! Of course it's also absolutely freezing. Partner and daughter went for a paddle and said their feet went numb almost instantly! I kept my boots firmly on :)

I'd love to see more of your Churchill pictures, it looks like such an amazing landscape. I would love to visit one day.

I'm glad it's greener outside of my windows currently, but these views are always fabulous in any season. :) I love how this river meanders on the white-brown plain.
