Part of that color change is I think the lighting they used in the photo shoot, exceptionally harsh to make Jamie look just that bit more ridiculously cut. So wherever the light isn't hitting square on appears darker than it should in contrast.

Not that I've studied the photo extensively or anything.

I think that would be me. I do think he balances it by looking clean and angelic in the one above though.

Do they put something in the water in the UK? It seems like lots of your male actors are completely blase about stripping down. I've seen more bare male arse in a couple months of watching UK TV than several years of US fare.

Heres a new Archie icon - while many on the ship are enjoying Horatio naked Archie has the contented smile of the man in possession I think don' you?
mylodon icon is fabulous it has to be said.
What I like about Jamie getting his kit off(other than his glorious body and all the obivious things ) is the knowing smile on his face - like he has seen and heard all the arguments for and against so doing and knows them all and doesn't care a bit !
No reason why he should feel any reticence about shoiwng off his loveliness- after all its one of the ways he gives pleasure to the dispossed ( ie don't have a Jamie of our own )masses
though of course now that he is the father of three daughters one day it will be an embarrassment even to him I suspect-
still, hope this is not the last we shall see of the buff Jamie...
