Ear Worm

I have had "My Immortal" by Evanescence stuck in my head for almost a week now and it's driving me quite mad. Song lyrics tend to stick in my head like old staples in nylon carpet. It's an unfortunate "talent" given that I couldn't actual sing if my life depended on it.

Now I'm not going to be too rude about this particular song in case it's someone's favourite, but lets just say I'm really not a power ballad kind of girl.

Anyway the reason that this is playing on a loop in my head is this fanvid by Mare416. It's beautifully, beautifully put together and even I have to admit that the lyrics are perfect in this context. Go and watch it and you too can share the ear worm!

That's a pretty good vid. I have to say I usually run a mile from that song, it's far far far far far too overused! But it does work for Archie and Horatio, I think.
