Phew! Back.

I'm back. Just about in one piece. It was a pretty shit week to be honest but I'll spare you the grim details. Suffice to say, living with a confused and belligerent parent can be bit stressful. No rest for the wicked though, this week is going to be a leetle crazy. The university is formally reviewing my team for the first time ever, I have an all day meeting with a funding council rep followed by a dental appointment for root canal work and I am running a one day event in place of a colleague who is off with a heart condition. I'm also having to miss daughter's "graduation" from her nursery because of that event which is very annoying. However none of that matters because I am very, very glad to be home and greatly looking forward to catching up with fangirls and navyboys. Hope you've all been well over the last week and had fun with the pretty sailor boys while I've been away.
